Born and Raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and now based in New York. Luis is a Senior undergraduate student at Parsons The New School of Design, pursuing a BFA in Design and Technology with a specialization in Game Design.
When it comes to game design, his specialty lies in teaching in subtle ways. He thrives in designing ways to help players understand how any part of a game works without disrupting their experience.
